In order to provide the best possible service and accommodate the needs of all our clients, JT Aesthetics has implemented the following policy regarding appointment cancellations and no-shows. This policy is in compliance with industry standards and is designed to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

No-Show Policy:
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice (i.e., a no-call/no-show), a $99 penalty fee will be assessed.
- This penalty fee will be charged to the payment method on file or will be required to be paid before scheduling any future services.

Agreement to Terms:
- By scheduling an appointment at JT Aesthetics, you are agreeing to comply with this cancellation and no-show policy. This policy is part of the agreement between the clinic and the client at the time of booking, and failure to adhere to these terms may result in the suspension of future appointment privileges.

 

Exceptions:
- Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of the clinic in cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Clients should contact the clinic immediately if such a situation arises.

This policy is intended to ensure that all clients receive timely services and that our schedule is managed efficiently for the benefit of all parties.
